Svenska Lada Niva forumet

Help! I just bought a used 2016 Niva in top condition. Only one problem, the top (of the 3) heater slide adjuster is very very hard to adjust to the right and left and sometimes gets stuck rock solid and wont move at all without extreme force. The other 2 adjusters move nice and easy. What could be the problem? Where are the authorized Lada service centers here in Sweden, I live in Boras. Thanks
